Meet Deb
Ritchie, Natural Instincts Co-ordinations Manager.
Deb co-ordinates resources both within the company and brings in resources for specific job requirements as needed. Accommodation and travel, Staff provisioning, and ensuring everyone is kept aware of up-coming work commitments.
In some ways Deb has the hardest job of all. Apart from the above she has the unenviable task of keeping her husband focused on jobs at hand when he would much more like to be in the hills testing and demonstrating machinery. Deb and Pete have worked and lived side by side 24 hours, seven days a week for the last six years. As true soul-mates they are rarely found too far apart.
